Disclaimer for Farm Stay & Experience: By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending The Overnight Stay & Farm Experience at New Beginnings Poultry and Duck Farm. I am also responsible for my childrens behavior and safety at all times if any are attending and I will ensure we all stay with the Tour guide at all times.I am responsible for my personal property and provisions, including bathroom facilities, as none are provided. I understand there are no refunds or changes to bookings unless initiated by the organizers, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. I release the farm, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation, including injuries or property damage. I consent to necessary medical treatment and agree to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. This waiver constitutes the entire agreement regarding liability and indemnification for the duration of our stay.
